JTD-VideoManager is a video content management platform that allows users to create, manage, and publish video content to YouTube. Our Service includes:

  • AI-powered video generation
  • Video scheduling and publishing

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register using your Google account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Registration is currently invite-only. You must have a valid invitation or invite code to create an account.

4. YouTube Integration

By connecting your YouTube channel, you authorize us to:

  • Access your channel information and video metadata
  • Upload videos to your channel on your behalf
  • Manage video settings and scheduling

You remain responsible for all content published to your YouTube channel and must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You agree not to create or upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
  • Violates YouTube's policies

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI features is subject to the terms of the underlying AI services (Sora, HeyGen). You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing and ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' use of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JTD-VideoManager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JTD-VideoManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
